In this three week class we will explore how to have those tough conversations and uncover our hidden fears that stop us from clearly articulating our needs. We will learn strategies and tips to apply in our lives right away. Whether online or in person, we are sure to have a great time, explore our souls a little deeper and gain some new tools for our spiritual toolbox.
